The Lincoln Terrace Neighborhood Association (LTNA) is teaming up with OKC Beautiful to offer 6- to 8-foot trees to residents at a discounted rate for planting in front yards near sidewalks and public spaces. This initiative aims to enhance the beauty of Lincoln Terrace while improving walkability.

Program Details:
- Tree Offer: Residents can purchase trees at a wholesale cost of $50 each, which includes the tree plus delivery, mulch, and labor to plant the tree. Additionally, OKC Beautiful provides in-kind services including project management, site visits, and coordination with the city.
- Cost Coverage: The total cost of the tree is $100, however LTNA will subsidize half of the tree cost, making each tree available for $50 for Lincoln Terrace residents.
- Limit: Each neighbor may purchase up to two trees at this reduced rate.

- Timeline: Sign-ups are open now through Oct. 20. Planting is scheduled to commence on November 1.
- Payment: Residents are required to pay their portion at the time of sign-up for the program.
- Approval Guarantee: If the tree planting is not approved for any reason, the deposit will be fully refunded to the neighbor.
