721 N.E. 20th Street

721 has unusual buff, browns and charcoal colored brick with red sandstone worked in at the foundation. This house is one of a kind in this neighborhood and had one of the few wood shingled roofs. The central feature is an "A" shaped gable in the center from the second story to the ground. The brick work is exceptional with diaper patterns in paneled sections under the upper floor windows, and a curved moulded effect on the chimney in front. The brick at the door is recessed in a framing technique, again using moulded brick.

The second photo was taken years before or after the one above, as evidenced by the differences in landscaping.
