716 has deep red clinker brick with a hip roof and central chimney, ornamented with square cut stone inserts and carved stone brackets. There are Italian columns at the porch arch. A porch projection is one story, flat-roofed, with an unusual stone surround at the door terminating with an urn. G.A. Nichols built this house.
