700 N.E. 18th Street

This house at 700 is a white painted brick formal Colonial house of pleasing proportions. It has twin-pilastered two-story entrance porch under a dominant pediment with urns in wood on the architrave in pairs over the door. The garage and quarters extending south on Lindsay are linked with a white painted brick wall forming a motor court and on the garage roof is a louvered cupola. The landscaping was meticulously kept.
