633 is a three-story white stucco romantic style house with high pitched roof of wood shingles. Its main feature is a huge five-sided bay window projected in the center front.

Mr. George Alcorn was an early-day druggist. His Blue Grotto was the favorite gathering spot of teenagers in the 1920s at the site where Skirvin later built the Skirvin Tower.
Dr. Cannon was a physician engaged in the private practice of medicine.
