The house at 615 is a deep red brick house with stucco and half-timbering on the second floor twin gables. It has an English style red tile roof, and across most of the front of the house is a raised terrace with wrought iron railings. The entrance projection has a handsome round headed fan light, as does the side porch enclosure entrance. The landscaping includes magnolias, maples, cedars and mimosa trees, all set in a meticulously clipped lawn.

R.F. Campbell 1929-65
G.J. Hagmann 1965 -

This home was purchased by Mr. and Mrs. Robert Falconer Campbell from the builder G.A. Nichols in 1928. The Campbells had moved to Oklahoma City from Wilmington, N.C. in 1923. Mr. Campbell was a pioneer in the automobile finance field. His company, the R.F. Campbell Finance Company, was one of the leading independent finance firms in Oklahoma from 1923 to 1961, when it was purchased by the General Acceptance Corporation.

Ownership of the house remained family oriented for years, as it was acquired by G.J. Hagmann, the Campbell's son-in-law and daughter, in 1968. Mr. Guilford Hagmann served as a vice president of the Fidelity Bank, and associated with many civic and charitable organizations, including serving as a director of the Salvation Army, Navy League, and the Council on Alcoholism. He is treasurer of the Capital-Lincoln Terrace Historical Preservation Association.
