John Mitchell began his career as a teacher. He was Superintendent of Public Schools in the early 20s, after which he was a representative for Laidlaw Textbook Co. He was quite active with the Oklahoma City Lions Club for many years.
Mr. Brown is the southeastern supervisor for the Community Action Program and is vice president of the Oklahoma N.A.A.C.P.
