724 is a buff brick symmetrical, pitched roof house. The entrance projection is two-story and a steep gable over a simple fluted pilaster doric columned doorway.

Mr. Beavers was in the oil business.

Mr. Standish was a stock broker.

Mr. Wilson was an oil driller.

Mr. Howard held several patents on oil field equipment products that he invented in the 1940s which he markets himself. One notable patent is for an expandible rubber bearing which prolongs the life of a drill.
