This white stuccoed, red Spanish-tiled roofed house has interesting rustic wood lintels over the windows. There is a half-the-length of the house terrace in front with wrought iron railings leading to a two-arched loggia from the front door. A second story porch on the east has been closed in.

Mr. Payne was in the oil business.

Mr. Bollman was a sound engineer for Standard Theaters.

Mr. Craft was a disabled vet who had lost his eyesight in World War I.

Dr. Cornelison was in the Psychiatry Department of the University of Oklahoma Medical School. He is presently the Head of the Department of Psychiatry at Jefferson Medical School in Philadelphia.

Dr. Crosby was a physician in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Oklahoma Medical School.
