Leland Cook 1930-39
Jack Moore 1939-42
Oscar Ameringer 1942-59
Paul Condit 1959-64

One point of particular interest about this house is that it was moved from 638 N.E. 15th when oil was discovered on that property (the southeast corner of the block) by Mr. Cook. He established L.H. Cook Supply Company.

Mr. Moore was an attorney and a city councilman.

Oscar and Freda Ameringer were the publishers of Oklahoma City Advertiser, The Daily Law Journal-Record, and the Tinker Take-off. After her husband's death, Mrs. Ameringer continued to operate the Leader press. She was also very active in civic affairs.

Dr. Condit was a physician and researcher at the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation.
