733 N.E. 18th Street
The house at 733 is a red mingle brick house with a central chimney having brick panels accented with stone corners. The fan and side lights at the entrance door have been filled in with shutter work at a later date. The house was built by G.A. Nichols.

Mr. Carter first worked in various positions in a railroad office. Then he became connected with the land department of the Indian Territory Illuminating Oil Company. In 1927, he was one of the pilots in the development of the Greater Seminole Oil pool. He also blocked the famous acreage in the south Oklahoma City oil field for the company and for that service was noted the most useful citizen of the year 1928. He was vice president of the Equitable Royalty Company and the president of Triangle Royalty Company.
James Phelps was an attorney.
Mr. Hiatt was an optometrist with Jack Wilk (612 N.E. 17th Street).
Dr. May was a physician.
