730 N.E. 19th Street

The house at 730 has dark red brick with white trim and a hipped roof. The entrance projection has stone urns on the parapet with arched windows flanking an arched door.
Walter Wells 1931-68
Both Dr. Walter Wells and Dr. Eva Wells were early-day graduates of the Epworth Medical School, which merged with the University of Oklahoma Medical School in 1910. Dr. Walter Wells became a member of the faculty of the Medical School in the Department of Obstretics.
