719 N.E. 18th Street

The house at 719 is a buff brick, Spanish tiled hipped roof house, obviously custom designed for the owner. The Italianic design includes a triple set of arched fan-lighted French doors opening out onto a terrace running the full front of the house and fenced with wrought iron. The terrace runs in under a deep recessed arched porch next to the driveway on the east leading to the front door. The second floor has a triple set of windows ornamented with wrought iron. This house has an extra lot to the east with two grand cedars, a large pecan tree and a meticulously cared for shrubbery screen surrounding a 1930s playhouse and swimming pool.
