 A beige tapestry brick house with hipped roofs, except that the wing on 17th Street has a gable with a round lowered vent. A lighter brick surrounds this and outlines arches over the windows on the first floor and a large porch on the east serves as the entrance. Ben S. Dawson 1945-50 Ralph Bemis 1945-50 Mr. Dawson was superintendent of the Land Department of Kerr-McGee Corporation. Mr. Bemis was a supervisor with Southwestern Bell Telephone Company. |
