 The house at 722 is a dark brown clinker brick house with English lines. Even though it is two-stories, it has a one-story cottage look. There is interesting cut stone vertical trim on each side of a Francis I style grand living room. Ivan Noel 1931-51 C. Newton Conley 1951 - Mr. Noel owned Mid-Central Fish Company, a wholesale fish market. Mr. C.N. Conley was manager of the Leonhardt Building at Second and Harvey for more than four decades.
