 The house at 722 is an English style buff brick house. It has a two story entrance projection with wrought iron at the second story window, and attractive stone trim. The chimney is off center and is flanked on the east with two fan-lighted windows in the living room. G.A. Nichols built this house. C.W. Standfell 1929-1938 Harry Downey 1938-73 Charles Standfell had a Studebaker car agency. Harry Downey was a manager with Colonial Bakery.
