 The house at 719 has buff brick, English lines, with an Italianic porch (filled in now) with a cut stone column. Cut stone surrounds the entryway also. Dr. J.B. Watchel 1928-56 Howard Tippin 1956 - Dr. Watchel was a physician connected with Pacific Mutual Life Insurance Company. Mr. Tippin was in the construction business and is now retired.
