 The house at 718 has buff brick with stone trim and a large arched window at the entrance door in a central tower. The roofs have heavy English lines and are very vertical. John L. Dryer 1933-49 Dr. John Roddy 1949-51 Edward Shircliff 1952-70 J.B. Green 1970 - Mr. Dryer founded Dryer, Clark and Dryer Oil Company.
