 The house at 715 has deep red clinker brick, English roof lines and a brick arch over the entrance. It was built by G.A. Nichols. H.I. Grimes 1928-30 Homer Keegan 1930-68 Bill Potter 1968 - Mr. Grimes was in the investment business. Mr. Keegan owned a drilling company and was an oil broker.
