 The house at 700 is a red tapestry brick house, built in 1927. It has Italianic cut stone columns at the entrance. Edward Willis Earl Shotwell 1933 Mrs. T. Shotwell Roberts Mr. Shotwell was president of the Southland Cottonseed Oil Company. After his death, Mrs. Shotwell married Mr. Charles Roberts, who was vice president of the company.
