![]() This red brick house still retained its original steam heat as of the mid-1970s. There is a second level sitting porch supported by Doric columns. There is a band of decorative brick work with stone insets dividing the first and second floors. C.S. Thompson 1928-33 Mrs. Ruth Thompson 1934-42 Moman Shepherd 1944-48 Mrs. Ruth Sherer 1949-50 Marion Hester 1951-55 Don E. Epperson 1956-64 W.A. Roach 1965 - Mr. Shephard was a public relations executive for Kerr-McGee Oil Co. Mr. Thompson headed Thompson Consulting Engineers. Mr. Hester was a Mistletoe Express Service salesman. Mr. Epperson was a sales manager for Transworld Airlines, Inc. Mr. Roach was employed at the Federal Aviation Administration. His wife, Cornelia, had a masters degree in home economics and was a counselor at Millwood School District. |
