737 N.E. 18th Street

This house at 737 has buff brick and steep pitched roofs. It is an English style house with a double arched entry porch having wrought iron railings. Karl Staas built this house.

Mr. Flood owned a farm supply store on California Street.

Mr. Phelps was an attorney in the firm Shirk, Danner and Phelps. He was a judge of a Canadian Court from 1901 to 1907. He served as an Oklahoma district judge from 1919 to 1925 and as justice of the Supreme Court from 1925-29.

Mr. Howard had an oil company dealing in oil leases. His son was Dr. Robert Howard, an Oklahoma City surgeon.
