This is a large Tudor style house with a very high pitched roof on the central section. It has a brownish red brick with half timbering on the second story overhang. The front door has a very fine cut stone carved moulding and trim. The unusual feature is a porte-cochere with deck over surrounded by a wrought iron railing. The coping treatment is carved stone with a traditional Tudor design. It was built by Raybourn Smizer.

Edgar Bozarth 1932-58
J.H. Barthold 1959-68
Ira Hall 1970 -

Mr. Bozarth was president of the Hughes-Bozarth-Anderson Company. He was the first man in America to have a contract to sell harness and saddles to Great Britain during World War I. His daughter married Judge Clarence Mills of the 7th Judicial District. His son, Howard, was associated with Fidelity Bank in Okahoma City.

Mr. Barthold is the administrator of Coyne-Campbell Clinic, a psychiatric hospital in Oklahoma City.

Mr. Hall was a school teacher for many years and is now in the real estate business. Mrs. Hall was named as the first black to the Regents for Higher Education in the state of Oklahoma.
