728 N.E. 21st Street

728 has an English sweeping roof gable over the front door in orange, brown and tan brick with red sandstone at the entrance. The second story is in board and battens with the bottoms cut in V shapes. The main house roofs are hipped. Calloway, Cary and Foster built this house. The interior is in the mode of the 1930s with original hand-painted canvas walls, oriental rugs and crystal chandeliers. There is a brick and rock waterfall garden in the rear. It was one of the Lincoln Terrace display homes in the 1930s.
