727 N.E. 19th Street

The house at 727 has red and tan tapestry brick with three arched windows with relieved heads. There is a two-story porch treatment with a curved terrace wall at the lower porch. This is white stone and beveled glass at the entrance.

Mr. Parman was an investor dealing in real estate and oil leases. Before the present city council-type government was established, he served as Public Works Commissioner on that City commission for many years. The Parmans also lived at 624 Culbertson Drive.

Mr. Reinauer was one of the first Oklahoma City independent car dealers, selling Franklins and Studebakers.
