Irwin Herbert 1934-40
Ralph Grant 1940-48
Mabel Matteson 1948-71

Mr. Hill built this house. He was a well-known ice plant owner in Oklahoma City. This was before the advent of refrigerators and ice was delivered to homes every few days. Mr. Hill owned seven plants during one period of time -- some out in the state at Ada, Norman, Chickasha, as well as here in the city. He was very active in civic work and was national president of the Rotary Club in 1924. He was also active in the Chamber of Commerce.
