712 N.E. 20th Street

712 has half timber and dark red brick and a high pitched roof with a steep gabled entrance wing. It has a central chimney with chimney pots. The half-timbered section is on a second floor overhanging wing supported by three carved brackets.

Mr. Wagner built this house. He was an oil man -- the Wagner Oil Company.

Mr. Greenberg founded Parks clothing store in 1931. His brother, Ted, founded Streets department stores. In the 1970s, there were four Parks stores in Oklahoma City.

Dr. Brewer was a physician in private practice. He owned and operated A.M. Brewer Clinic.
