645 has red, black and greenish mingled brick with pitched roofs. Two gables face the street with red painted metal French standing seam porch roof with cast iron porch supports. There is also an arched one-story porch on Lindsay.

Mr. Cooke was in the real estate firm of Cooke and Zeiglar. He had this house built by the Campbell-Price firm, both of whom were his neighbors.

Mr. Atkinson moved into this house in 1944. An oil man, he was a member of the Geologists Society and was one of the primary drillers in the Edmond oil field. He was involved in business with his uncle, Mr. W.R. Ramsey, who was a vice president of the First National Bank.
