637 N.E. 16th Street

637 is a red brick house with green pitched roof and white trim. It is a square house with a wing on the east set back from the street. There is a one-story porch across the front and returning to the back wing on Lindsay. Wrought iron supports have been placed on top of the brick piers.

At the time the application for Lincoln Terrace to be designated a historic preservation district was made in 1974, this house had fallen into a state of serious disrepair, as demonstrated by the photo below.
