This "contractor's" style four-square house is of used brick veneer over a frame construction. The porch has red brick columns repeating the solidarity of the composition.

Mr. Bartell owned and operated the Bartell Dairy.
Mr. Hatten occupied the residence at two difference times. He was the manager of the Braniff Building which housed Braniff Airlines.
Mr. Owens owned the Owens Electric & Refrigeration Co.
