One of the district's most romantically styled Country English homes, this house was built by the skilled hands of Smiser Construction Co. The rear of the large lot is enclosed with an intriguing brick fence. There is a complex gabled roof with wooden shingles. The front door is a Tudor arch. Some of the windows have wrought iron work. At the rear entrance is an arcaded porch leading to the garage. The living room is elegant with a cathedral ceiling and an arched window at its west end.
