This house is one of the newer additions to Lincoln Terrace. The property may have, at one time, been the site of another, larger dwelling that faced 15th Street. Early records show its address as 502 NE 15th, but it currently is known as 1601 N. Lincoln. This white concrete block house has a flat roof with a large overhang. Built in 1951, the architecture is not in keeping with the established character of the neighborhood.
